Record model or distinguishing details in product names and categories so staff can select the intended item. DukaSmart tracks product quantities and prices, but it does not currently manage serial numbers, warranties, or device activation.
Connect purchases to inventory
Record supplier deliveries and unit costs as they arrive. Quantities update stock, and the latest cost is stored for future sales; completed sale items retain their historical cost.
Review sales and low stock
Owner summaries show daily and monthly sales, top products, and low-stock items. Use these signals with supplier lead times and physical checks when planning replenishment.

Does DukaSmart track serial numbers or warranties?
No. The current product record is quantity-based and does not include serial-number or warranty lifecycle tracking.
Can I see which electronics sell most often?
The owner dashboard summarizes top-selling products for the current month based on recorded sales.
