Understand estimated gross profit
DukaSmart estimates product-level profit from the sale price and cost recorded for each item. This is not net profit: it does not subtract rent, wages, tax, payment fees, or other operating costs.

Common questions
Is the profit figure the same as take-home profit?
No. It is an estimate of gross product profit before operating expenses, taxes, and other costs.
Who can view business reports?
Dashboard and reports are owner-only areas. Employees can record sales and purchases but do not have access to owner reports.
