Include relevant product, shade, size, or pack details in names and categories. A clearly maintained product list helps a team avoid confusing similar items at the counter.
Update quantities with sales
Record the item and quantity sold, then let the sale update on-hand stock. Set thresholds for products that need frequent replenishment.
Check your records against shelves
Use the stock list as a working record, and periodically count physical products. Investigate discrepancies, expired items, damaged goods, or unrecorded samples using your shop's own process.

Can I manage shade and size variants?
You can distinguish variants by maintaining separate product entries with clear names. DukaSmart does not currently provide a separate variant matrix.
Does DukaSmart manage expiry dates?
Expiry-date tracking is not included in the current product record. Use an additional process for products that require expiry monitoring.
